Part Time Recruiting Assistant

Oxford Tax Recruiting is a small executive recruiting firm with a professional yet flexible culture.  We work hard but also have fun.  We look for people that are self starters and are willing to learn on the go.  As a leader in our industry, we are Colorado's only recruiting firm that provides staffing and recruiting exclusively in tax.

We currently have an opportunity for a Part-Time Recruiting Assistant to join our small recruiting team. We need someone that can work independently, shift gears quickly, has a strong customer service orientation and isn't afraid of the phone. You will be working from our Littleton office part time, about 20-30 hours a week.  We are flexible but want you to commit to a fairly consistent schedule.  No overtime is required.  This position is about 80% Administrative Assistant with 20% Recruiting tossed in.

In this cool position you will be assisting the Managing Director and a small group of recruiters with many things which will allow them to spend more time on their recruiting activity.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities will include:

  • Backup point of contact for clients and candidates
  • Follow up on client-candidate interviews
  • Scheduling of phone and face to face interviews
  • Data Entry
  • Managing job board postings, website job postings and other internet-based media
  • Managing social media to include LinkedIn, company Facebook page, Twitter, etc.
  • Helping prepare monthly newsletter and managing contact database
  • Basic accounting (billing, A/P, etc.) using QuickBooks
  • Perform reference checks as requested
  • Basic maintenance of database software and email marketing software
  • Other administrative functions
  • Help manage emails and phone calls for the staff

We are a small but fun place to work.  We have a very casual dress code most of the time and can accommodate the schedule of someone with small children.  Compensation will be an hourly rate plus bonuses.  Benefits will include PTO, paid holidays and an upcoming retirement saving plan.  We do not offer health or dental insurance at this time. Our offices are located near Broadway & Dry Creek in Littleton, Colorado.
